My name is Zach, and I was elected in November 2022 to serve as the Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for the ANC 3/4G07 seat in Chevy Chase. 

I love our neighborhood and I am passionate about democracy, urbanism, and good governance. That is why I decided to run for the ANC 3/4G07 seat when I learned late in the filing period that no one was running for the seat and it could otherwise sit vacant.
